Service categories include: Holiday Companions, Tour Guides, Massage, Housekeeping, Drivers, and Translators.

👤 User Eligibility

To use ChatGPThai.ai, you must:

1. Be 18 years or older - Minors cannot use this platform
2. Be legally eligible to work in Thailand - For freelancers: Thai nationals or valid work permit holders
3. Provide accurate information - False information will result in account suspension
4. Maintain account security - You are responsible for all activity under your account

📋 Account Responsibilities

For Freelancers:

• Keep profile information accurate and up-to-date
• Respond to client inquiries in a timely manner
• Provide services as advertised
• Maintain professional standards

For Clients:

• Treat freelancers with respect
• Pay agreed amounts for services rendered
• Provide accurate information when requesting services

🚫 Prohibited Content and Activities

Strictly prohibited:

• Illegal services (drugs, human trafficking, criminal activities)
• Any content involving minors
• Sexually explicit content in profiles or messages
• Harassment, threats, or abusive behavior
• Impersonation, fraud, or false information
• Spam or unauthorized promotions
• Sharing others' contact information without consent

💳 Payment Terms

For Thai Freelancers:

Registration and platform usage is 100% FREE. You pay no subscription fees.

For Clients:

We offer multiple subscription tiers:

• Free: Basic access with limited searches
• Paid: From ฿100 - ฿500 for enhanced features

Refund Policy:

All paid subscriptions are non-refundable after purchase due to the digital nature of the service, except where required by consumer protection laws.

🤝 Connection Platform Only

We are not responsible for:

• Quality of services provided by freelancers
• Disputes between freelancers and clients
• Payments between parties (handled off-platform)
• Actions or behavior of users outside the platform
• Injury, damage, or loss resulting from meetups

📝 Content Ownership

Your Content: You retain ownership of all content you upload (photos, descriptions, etc.). By uploading content, you grant us a license to display it on the platform.

Platform Content: The ChatGPThai brand, Maya AI, and all platform content are property of AIVisionAutomations.com.

⛔ Termination Policy

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

• You violate these Terms
• You engage in prohibited activities
• You provide false information
• Your account is inactive for over 12 months
• Multiple complaints are received from users

⚖️ Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved as follows:
